Dr. Henning Andresen is a German citizen who has a PhD in Economics and has worked in the domain of development practice for many decades, particularly in and with Africa. As an African “Developmental Dr”, in his book “Staalichkeit in Afrika” thus, “Statehood in Africa”, he seems to have some infringing diagnoses in relation to the developmental failures in Africa. The question is: Does he have a genuine point?
